一． 用途
M-2型金相试样预磨机（简称预磨机）。是一种湿式磨光机。它利用各种不同粒度的抗水砂纸，对各种金属及其合金的试样进行磨光。采用本预磨机。除以机械磨光代替手工操作提高制备试样的效率以外，还能完全除去试样切割过程中产生的塑性变形和表面加热痕迹，供进一步抛光后进行组织的显微测定。
二，结构特征概述
预磨机在工作时，将清水不断注入旋转的磨盘中，抗水砂纸下面的水因离心力的作用被抛出盘外，砂纸在大气压的作用下可以自由地伸缩从而紧贴在磨盘上，因而无顺将砂纸粘结或夹紧，使用及更换十分方便。预磨机由铝铸件构成的底座，磨盘，和塑料压制的磨光罩及盖等基本部件组成，底座上安装有两个盘。可供两人同时操作。

The pre-grinder is mainly composed of casted aluminium dase.grinding disk and plastic grinding cover and lid Towgrinding disks are fitted on the base for operation by two persons in the same time.
